Monica Tablas

Human Resources Manager

Monica Tablas is the Human Resources Manager for the Phoenix and Cottonwood campuses. Monica began her career at Christian Care in 2017, as a member of the waitstaff team in the Fellowship Square Phoenix dining room. She then transitioned to Activities, where she served as an Activities Assistant in Memory Care and then to Human Resources.

Monica was promoted to her current position as Human Resources Manager in October 2020. Having experience in several different departments and positions gives Monica a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to run the Phoenix campus!

Monica was born and raised in New Jersey and relocated to Arizona 5 years ago. She enjoys hiking and anything that involves being in the sun. Monica also loves to travel and is a food connoisseur!
