At Reflections, we take a person-centered approach to caring for our residents with dementia by focusing on their daily comfort and anticipating their needs rather than responding to them. Our activities program is designed to help residents remain engaged and promote feelings of well-being.
Reflections Memory Care is a secured wing within The Oasis Assisted Living building that provides a safe and secure environment in a home-like setting. Common areas are designed to ensure safety and security while providing a warm atmosphere, with a great room and a secure outdoor courtyard. Residents gather in the great room for meals, activities, and socialization with other residents - all essential to maintaining their physical and mental health.
Our Approach to Memory Care
We understand that caring for a loved one with dementia can be challenging, and we understand the unique needs of seniors living with dementia. At Reflections, we provide Level 3 Direct Care, which offers a high level of assistance with daily activities such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items, and medication management.

Memory Care Floor Plans & Prices in Surprise
For a personalized living experience that caters to your loved one's needs, we offer two different studio floor plans and companion suite options. For some residents, sharing a suite is ideal, as having another person in the room can help reduce the anxiety caused by feeling alone.
