Healthcare Services

We partner with Covenant Home Health to provide Medicare-certified home health and supportive services on campus. Our residents love the peace of mind that comes with having a wide range of healthcare services right outside their door. 

Skilled Home Health

If you have been newly discharged from the hospital or are having changes in your medical condition, we can provide skilled home health services in the comfort of your own home. To qualify for Skilled Home Healthcare, patients must have a physician's order and a medical necessity for the skilled services of a nurse or therapist. 

If you don't already have doctor's orders, we will coordinate with your doctor to obtain them for you. We will also verify insurance benefits; after all, your job is to focus on improving your strength and well-being.

Supportive Services

Directed by you, the client, our caring staff, will provide supportive services in the comfort of your home. Services are provided by licensed CNAs and certified caregivers.
